We do allow pets! There is a $250 pet initiation fee for the first animal, and $100 for an additional animal. There is a 2-pet max. While we do not have any weight restrictions, monthly pet rent is based off the weight of your dog. Cats are $25/month. Dogs are: $25/month for up to 35 lbs, $50/month for up to 65 lbs, and $75/month for up to 100 lbs.

This rental does not include a refrigerator or washer and dryer. We do have some available for rent (based on availability). Refrigerators rent at $65/month and washer/dryers rent at $75/month for the combo.
